Statistical Costs in Resource Related Billing?

Hi All,

I can't find reference to this anywhere in configuration or SAP Help. Can anyone tell me whether statistical costs on WBS elements can be included in resource related billing?

The scenario, very simply - the project definition has a DIP profile and customer, statistical costs are posted to the WBS elements of the project, then I want to collect up those statistical costs and bill them.
