Dear PS Experts,
1- I am wondering how can i include costs of administration department on projects as the only source of income for the company come from the projects ?? is that distribution costs from cost center to all projects or that over head on the projects with costing sheet or anyone have any optimum solution ?
2- the project managers and business unite managers for all projects also they don't have any activities in the projects to include their costs in the project also how to be included ?
