I am hoping someone can help.
One of my users has reported an issue with her Project Builder screen in that she is unable to expand the left hand side of the screen and see all of the different sections i.e. Project Structure; Work List and Templates; Identification and View section (on the right hand side of the screen).
We are unable to click and drag the window to expand these sections and this is preventing her from using CJ20N. See attached for a screenshot of what she sees when she accesses CJ20N.
She has all the required security access to CJ20N and she has confirmed that the problem persists if she logs on with her credentials to another users machine but if another user logs in to hers, they do not have the issue.
Has anyone seen this issue before? I have researched OSS notes and the forum but cannot see anything similar as yet.
Appreciate any insight anyone might have on this.
