We have multiple currencies in which we operate. USD is the controlling area currency.
The WBS in this case is in GBP and sales order is also GBP
We have configured RRB for billing actual cost (consumables) without any surcharge/discount to the customer.
My questions is ..
When I create the billing request with reference to the SO in DP91, I see that the condition type EK01 shows up in USD amount and then converts to GBP in condition value. Is this standard behavior when using RRB? ie always brings up actual cost EK01 in controlling area currency before converting it to document currency?
My problem here is that currency conversion (from USD to GBP) in the billing request is causing the amount in GBP to be different from the actual cost posted.
example : If expense posted on the WBS is 1000 GBP, the billing request condition tab shows EK01 amount as 1445.32 USD and then converts to 998.22 GBP. so its like 1.78 GBP less than the actual cost.
The requirement is to invoice exactly 1000 GBP which was posted as cost.
